1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the website and all purchases from Oasis International (“we”, “us”, “our”). You confirm you are legally capable of entering into contracts. Use of the website for unlawful activity is prohibited.

2. Use of Website

Place inquiries or orders for goods and services.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or extract data without permission.

3. Products, Orders & Confirmation

All images, descriptions, and specifications are indicative. Prices and availability may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after Oasis International issues written acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or policy breaches.

Order Procedure

Orders can be placed via email or phone.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 5000 pieces per size/design.
Custom logo printing and size modifications available on request.
Final approval of artwork and sample is required before production.

4. Sampling Procedure

Samples offered to verify size, material, and printing.
Sample lead time: 7–10 working days.
Sampling charges (if any) are adjustable against bulk orders.
Shipping charges for samples are borne by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

50% advance required on order confirmation.
Remaining 50% before dispatch.
Payments via Bank Transfer or Letter of Credit (LC) terms as agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch from Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.
Delivery via courier or transport partners.
Lead time: 35–40 working days from sample approval and receipt of advance payment.
Freight charges extra, based on destination & volume.
International shipping available (FOB / CIF / Door Delivery as agreed).

7. Order Follow-Up & Communication

Regular production updates via WhatsApp or Email.
Experienced merchandisers will follow your order from enquiry to delivery.
Clients may request photo/video updates anytime during production.
Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

8. Returns, Replacements & Claims

Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns, replacements or credits are subject to inspection and Oasis International’s approval. Custom-printed or personalized orders are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, images, text and logos — are the property of Oasis International. You must not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing orders or contacting us you consent to processing your information for order fulfilment and communication.

11. Limitation of Liability

Oasis International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, delays, or third-party shipping. Our total liability for direct losses will be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant goods.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version posted on this page applies to your orders from the effective date shown above or as otherwise notified.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your specified city (update below).
